Our powder coating process often begins with running the parts through our in-house burn-off oven. For our more fragile projects, we utilize our chemical strip process.

Next, we will sandblast to get the profile needed, then outgas the parts in order to bake any impurities out of the metal. This ensures that your project is clean and ready for our prime coat.

Then, we do a zinc primer, or antigas primer ,to reassure the customer that they will not have any future rust or deterioration.

The last step is applying the top coat color of your choice.
